1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftGuest (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftGuest is a cloud-based property management system (PMS) that helps hotels and property managers manage reservations, guests, rooms, payments, and distribution channels.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws applicable to your guests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service's operation; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SwiftGuest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SwiftGuest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
