How is monthly savings calculated?
Savings = (current PMS cost − SwiftGuest cost) + OTA commissions recovered by shifting 10% of OTA bookings to direct + incremental upsell revenue at 4% lift. We use a blended OTA fee you control and your own ADR and room count.
What assumptions are baked in?
SwiftGuest blended cost is $6 per room / month. Incremental upsell revenue is 4% of total room revenue based on the 2025 STR upsell benchmarks. Direct-booking shift is a conservative 10% reclaim from OTA volume — most SwiftGuest customers see more.
Does this include hardware or onboarding?
No. There is no hardware charge and onboarding is included free on every plan. The payback figure already reflects zero setup cost, so your only spend is the subscription.
How accurate is the payback period?
Payback is monthly SwiftGuest cost divided by monthly net savings. It is a directional estimate. Properties with a higher OTA mix or ADR see faster payback — often under 30 days.
