Our application process

Fast, transparent, and respectful of your time. Most candidates go from first email to offer in under three weeks.

    Send us your CV, a link to something you have built, and a short note on why SwiftGuest interests you.

  2. Step 2

    Intro conversation

    A 30 to 45 minute call with the founder or hiring lead. We talk about your work, ours, and what you are looking for next.

  3. Step 3

    Paid work trial

    A focused, paid trial task that mirrors the work you would actually do. Typically 8 to 12 hours over a week.

  4. Step 4

    Team conversation

    Meet the people you would work with. We talk through trade-offs, past projects, and how you think.

  5. Step 5

    Offer

    If it is a fit, we move fast. Clear offer, transparent compensation, and a start date that works for both sides.
