Which payment processors does SwiftGuest support?
SwiftGuest integrates with Rapyd (global), Tranzila (Israel), PayPal (wallet), and Stripe for payment processing. All support credit cards, debit cards, and various local payment methods. Stripe Connect is also available for marketplace-style payment splits.
How does the folio system work?
Each reservation gets an automatic folio that tracks all charges (room, F&B, minibar, services) and payments. You can split folios, transfer charges between folios, and generate itemized invoices. Charges from POS and other modules post automatically.
Are payment links secure?
Yes. Payment links use tokenized card processing through Rapyd, Tranzila, PayPal, or Stripe, with PCI DSS compliance handled by the payment processor. Links expire after a configurable time period and can only be used once.
Can I configure deposit policies?
Yes. You can set deposit policies per rate plan as a fixed amount or percentage of the booking total. Deposits can be collected automatically at booking time or via scheduled payment links.
