Does the upgrade engine respect room inventory?
Yes. The engine only offers upgrades when the higher category has inventory on the guest’s dates. Accepted upgrades deduct from the target room type and release the original room back to sellable inventory.
How are accepted offers billed?
Charges post to the guest folio and can be captured at booking, check-in, or checkout depending on your policy. Payments run through Stripe or Checkout.com with 3D Secure support.
Can offers integrate with our POS for F&B and spa?
Yes. When a guest accepts a breakfast or spa package, the reservation posts to your POS or spa booking system so staff see it in their normal workflow. Inventory counts stay in sync.
